Haleigh’s Hope® Shipping Policy
Haleigh’s Hope® is 100% legal to ship to all US and EU territories, as well as many other countries. We ship via UPS from our headquarters in Colorado. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Although most orders ship within 1-2 business days, some orders may take up to 5 business days to process. Dispatch times vary according to availability and may be subject to postal delays or force majeure, for which we will not be responsible.

International orders carry additional shipping charges and must meet regulations for the sale of these products to that country. 
If purchasing from a country outside of the United States, we suggest that you do your own research about these possible charges prior to making a purchase. You will not be reimbursed or refunded based on these extra charges.


Haleigh’s Hope Refunds & Returns Policy
Returns are accepted for any reason within 30 days of original purchase. The product must be returned unopened with safety seal intact. Contact sales@haleighshope.com to have a return label issued. Once the product has been returned, a credit will be issued for the full amount of the products purchased less any return shipping fees incurred.

All products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that timeframe. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.
