Haleigh’s Hope® is a high quality, whole-plant hemp extract containing naturally occurring cannabinoids. It is made from 100% organic, non-GMO ingredients. Haleigh’s Hope® was created by using a proprietary genetic strain of hemp that was carefully bred and cultivated over seven years to achieve a specific chemotypic profile. Haleigh’s Hope® is considered a hemp product because it contains less than 0.3% THC. The primary ingredient in Haleigh’s Hope® is cannabidiol (CBD). Independent research has shown that CBD is a neuroprotectant and encourages healthy cells to reproduce. All of Haleigh’s Hope products are lab tested for quality and safety.
Cannabinoids are the primary chemical compounds produced by the cannabis plant. They are the elements that are most responsible for the effects that cannabis has on the body. The most well-known cannabinoids are Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and Cannabidiol (CBD), although there are more than 100 other cannabinoids that have been discovered. THC is the only cannabinoid known to be highly psychoactive. CBD is non-psychoactive. Click Here for an in-depth explanation of cannabinoids and how they work
The primary ingredient in Haleigh’s Hope® is Cannabidiol (CBD) oil. CBD is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid that has been shown to provide numerous therapeutic benefits without causing the high that users typically associate with cannabis. Although our product does contain trace amounts of THC (less than 0.3%), the overwhelming majority of users will not experience any psychoactive effects.
The cannabis plant contains more than 480 different chemical compounds. While other product manufacturers often just sell purified CBD oil from unknown sources, Haleigh’s Hope® is a whole-plant extract containing a variety of naturally occurring chemical compounds in addition to CBD. Research has shown that these components of the cannabis plant, working in synergy, exert a substantially greater therapeutic effect than any single compound alone. This concept, known as “the entourage effect,” was coined by the legendary Dr. Raphael Mechoulam of Israel. In accordance with this principle, we have spent the past seven years breeding our proprietary strains of hemp to contain the specific ratios of cannabinoids and terpenoids that are found only in Haleigh’s Hope®.
Unlike many of our competitors who import their hemp oil from foreign countries such as China, or use industrial hemp paste, which is often a byproduct of the manufacturing process when hemp is used to make rope and clothing, Haleigh’s Hope® grows, extracts, produces, packages and ships 100% of our product from our facilities in Colorado. Because we have exclusive control over our products from seed to sale, we ensure the highest levels of quality and consistency in the industry. Every batch of our product is lab tested for safety and quality.
Haleigh’s Hope oil can be taken orally, rectally, or by feeding tube. For most conditions, it is recommended that Haleigh’s Hope is taken sublingually, which refers to the pharmacological route of administration by which liquids diffuse into the blood through tissues under the tongue.
No. Haleigh’s Hope is not an FDA approved pharmaceutical. Haleigh’s Hope is a hemp product. Patients must initiate their own treatment with Haleigh’s Hope by visiting HaleighsHope.com. Patients are advised to consult with their physician before beginning Haleigh’s Hope. Because Haleigh’s Hope is metabolized by the liver, along with AED’s, antidepressants, pain medications, and antihistamines, physicians should order a baseline blood test prior to the first does of Haleigh’s Hope. Patient and physician education is provided by the Flowering H.O.P.E Foundation and can be obtained by visiting FloweringHope.co or by calling (719) 368-7963.
HALEIGH’S HOPE® HAS NOT BEEN FDA APPROVED AS A CURE OR TREATMENT FOR ANY DISEASE. THEREFORE, WE DO NOT MAKE OR SUPPORT ANY MEDICAL CLAIMS RELATED TO THIS PRODUCT
Cannabinoid-based products create a particularly difficult legal dilemma for manufacturers. On one hand, the U.S. government holds a patent on the use of cannabinoids as antioxidants and neuroprotectants. On the other hand, the DEA has long classified cannabis and cannabis-based products as Schedule I drugs, indicating that they contain “no medical benefit”. This inherent hypocrisy has stymied efforts to conduct the rigorous research required to achieve FDA approval for Haleigh’s Hope® and similar products.
We highly recommend that you do your own research on Haleigh’s Hope® and on cannabis-derived products in general. There is a substantial amount of information available at The National Institutes of Health and other trusted websites.
Yes. The United States Farm Bill of 2014 classified industrial hemp as containing less than 0.3% THC on a dry-weight basis. Additionally, U.S. Federal Courts have ruled that naturally occurring cannabinoids derived from a hemp plant with less than 0.3% THC are not included in the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) under the definition of marijuana. Because Haleigh’s Hope contains THC levels of 0.3% or less it is legally classified as a hemp extract and is therefore legal to ship to all 50 states. We also ship to many international countries including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Luxembourg, Norway, and the United Kingdom.

The ratio is the amount of CBD to THC in the product. For example, in the 20:1 ratio, there are 20mgs of CBD for every 1mg of THC. If you are just using this product for general health and wellness we recommend that you start with the 30:1 ratio. If you are seeking to use this product for more specific reasons, you may respond better to the higher levels of THC found in the 20:1. 15:1 and 10:1 ratio products. The lower the ratio is, the more THC is present. If you have specific needs that you seek to address with this product, please contact the Flowering Hope Foundation for more information.
Feedback from other individuals and independent research suggests going 3‐5 days without any oil so the body can reboot, then start HH. We understand this may cause seizures, and parents may not be comfortable going that long without oil, but please try to go a MINIMUM of 48 hours without any oil. People that have not waited long enough between switching oils, have been known to experience irritation and/or increase in seizures.
Safflower is a cold pressed seed oil that is non-GMO and organic, and does not need to be shaken. MCT (Medium Chain Triglyceride) coconut is an isolated fatty chain from coconut. This means it is manufactured. Our MCT coconut oil should be shaken before each use. One use does not work better than the other. It is strictly consumer preference.
Most people using this product for general health and wellness purposes will only require one regular strength, 60ml bottle per month. We recommend these users take 1ml in the morning and 1ml at night. If you are seeking to use this product for more specific reasons, please contact the Flowering Hope Foundation for formulation and dosage recommendations.
Haleighs Hope works closely with the Flowering H.O.P.E. Foundation to offer education and support to individuals and families using the Haleighs Hope product line.
